Frequently asked questions
We are NOT responsible for theft or the lost of your package. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been paid for. You are responsible for tracking your package and being available at the address provided to receive your package once delivered.
If for some reason the delivering service is unable to deliver your package, a claim will be filed with them in order to locate your order.
If your order is returned to us due to not being able to be delivered or incorrect address you have 2 options.
1. You may request to have your item(s) reshipped and pay new shipping cost. You will need to provide correct mailing address for this option
2. You may request a refund minus shipping cost and any taxes applied
